L. Richard Pascarella, CPA, Managing Shareholder, graduated from the University of Dayton, OH in 1975 with a B.S. and from Chapman University (Orange, CA) in 1982 with an MBA. He specializes in real estate and construction industries, tax return preparation and business consulting. Dick serves on the Board as Treasurer of a local not-for-profit organization which helps any girl or woman who feels distressed by an unplanned pregnancy.

Leo N. Bonfardeci, CPA, is a 1981 graduate of Utica College of Syracuse University.  He specializes in the development, construction and operations of government subsidized and insured housing projects.  He also has extensive experience in the low income housing tax credit program. Other areas of practice include financial statement preparation, tax return preparation and tax controversies. His other firm responsibilities include overseeing the firm’s continuing professional education requirements as well as the firm's engagement quality review and peer review.

Carl T. Greco, CPA, is a 1982 graduate of Syracuse University. Carl specializes in real estate industries, business consulting, tax return preparation, and tax controversies as well as starting a new business. His other firm responsibilities include employee recruiting. Carl serves on the Board of a local not-for-profit organization servicing families and individuals with disabilities.

David R. Snyder, CPA, is a 1985 graduate of Cedarville University (Cedarville, OH). Dave specializes in business consulting, doctors and medical groups, tax planning and return preparation for individuals and small businesses. Dave is also a Member of the Tax Practice section of the AICPA. Dave currently serves as a Trustee, financial secretary, and active volunteer in children’s ministries as a member of his church.

Scott J. Martin, CPA, is a 1984 graduate of LeMoyne College. He specializes in the taxation of closely held businesses and their owners.  Scott also provides tax services to a variety of industries including real estate, construction, retail and venture capital.

Thomas F. Harrington, CPA, is a 1976 graduate of State University of New York at Oswego with a B.A. and Syracuse University in 1987 with an MBA. Tom specializes in real estate, estate planning/trust services, tax return preparation and tax controversies as well as business consulting. Tom is Treasurer and an active Assistant Scout Master of a local Boy Scout Troup.

Jack Salisbury, CPA, is a 1995 graduate of Le Moyne College and a US Navy Veteran. Jack specializes in real estate, construction, NYS QEZE tax credits, Microsoft Excel applications, tax return preparation for individuals and entities, estate planning and tax notice resolutions.  Jack currently serves as Treasurer of a local not-for-profit organization aiding housing initiatives in the City of Syracuse.

Maria Snyder, CPA, is a 1989 graduate of State University of New York at Oswego. Maria specializes in financial statement preparation, technical review, quality control, first year audits, agreed-upon procedures and tax return preparation for real estate professionals and entities. Maria formerly served as Treasurer of a local not-for-profit organization assisting entrepreneurs with education and micro lending.

David Turan, CPA, is a 1999 graduate of State University of New York Empire State College. David specializes in all areas of commercial real estate, business consulting, tax research, planning and preparation as well as tax controversies. David currently serves on the budget committee of a local not-for-profit organization aiding housing initiatives in the City of Syracuse and is a volunteer small business mentor with an international business program.

Thomas Jenkins, CPA, is a 2001 graduate of Le Moyne College. Tom specializes in construction, real estate, business consulting, tax planning and return preparation for individuals and entities. Tom formerly served as a Member of the Board of the New York State Society of CPA’s – Syracuse Chapter.

David Jodlowski, CPA, is a 1987 graduate of State University of New York Institute of Technology. David specializes in audits of commercial and not-for-profit organizations, financial statement preparation and paperless office technologies. David formerly served as Treasurer of a local not-for-profit organization servicing international visitors to the Central New York Region.

Pamela Greco, CPA, Firm Administrator, is a 1985 graduate of Hofstra University. Pam specializes in business consulting, human resource and office management for the Firm.   Pam is the Vice-President of a local not-for-profit organization servicing families and individuals with disabilities.
