McLaughlin holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA from SUNY Oswego. Hampson holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Wells College and a certificate in accounting from Southern New Hampshire University. Both McLaughlin and Hampson completed internships at DiMarco with Hampson formerly acting as an administrative assistant. Elia holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources and management from Le Moyne College.

McLaughlin works in residential real estate entity audits and taxation while Hampson works in commercial real estate in addition to individual and entity taxation. Elia focuses on tax return processing and preparation, along with other administrative duties.
