David is a Syracuse native and currently resides on Onondaga Hill. An Eagle Scout, David currently serves on the board of the Tompkins County Chamber of Commerce, where he previously served as Treasurer. In addition, he is a former board member of the Syracuse Model Neighborhood Corporation and a former accounting and tax instructor with the Small Business Administration’s Fast Track to Business Start Up at Onondaga Community College.
