Jack is a Syracuse, NY native and currently resides in Tully with his wife and two sons. He is a United States Navy Veteran. Jack served as Treasurer on the Tully Free Library Board of Directors from 2014 through 2020 and rejoined the board for one additional year in 2025 to help the current treasurer with financial matters such as an ongoing capital improvement project as well as grant applications, revenue raising, and cash management. Jack was also on the Syracuse Model Neighborhood board from 2004 to 2016.
